Our Team
Dr. Fley is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric
Medicine. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of
Pharmacy ( Class of 1985 ). Dr Fley graduated from the Ohio College of
Podiatric Medicine ( Class of 1990 ). He was the first Surgical resident
in Cincinnati and the first resident at the Jewish Hospital of Cincinnati.
